Profile: The longsuffering leader of the group, Durnkrag comes from a long line of stalwart adventurers. His father, Durngrim the Daring, is a renowned hero among dwarves, but Durnkrag looks upon his father's promiscuity and lackadaisical approach to life with disdain.
Unlike many dwarves, Durnkrag is amiable and conciliatory unless given suitable reason to be otherwise. He takes his paladin code of chivalry very seriously and as such his patience is often tested by the antics of his adventuring companions (who in turn are usually put out by his unwavering devotion to "traditional adventuring").

Profile: The son of Lord Thaddeus Leoncourt and an orc woman, Khaggoth was raised by his orcish relatives, though he somehow retained his good-natured innocence despite his environment. Recently acquainted with his half-sister Beatrice, Khaggoth is delighted to have a real family to share his adventures with.
Though not the brightest star in the sky, Khaggoth possesses an unpretentious folksy wisdom and is a good judge of character. Despite his gentle demeanor and childlike naivety, Khaggoth is a very dangerous fighter, combining brute strength and berserker ferocity in a lethal package.

Profile: Castor is a ne'er-do-well with a paralyzing fear of rodents (courtesy of an encounter with Lepus, the demon rabbit). Bad luck seems to follow him around like a shadow and he often finds himself taking the brunt of the group's misfortune. Castor fancies himself a lady's man, though most of the women he flirts with say otherwise (Teagan being a significant exception).

Profile: Arudin is a selfish elven wizard with a strong acerbic wit. He always has a penetrating observation or two and is quick to share these with his fellow adventurers. Arudin is always looking for a way to get ahead, even if it means resorting to less than honorable methods. In short, he's a bastard.

Profile: Beatrice is a beautiful and spirited young noblewoman dedicated to overthrowing her tyrannical father (a snobbish, white-collar criminal). Although she is well-trained in the Martial Arts she has lead a sheltered life and often gets in over her head. But what she lacks in experience, she more than makes up in pluck and ingenuity.

Profile: The quintessential dwarven stereotype, Gruffyn is a surly drunk who speaks in a thick Scottish brogue. His habitual use of obscure slang makes it hard for others to understand him at times, which only serves to exacerbate his fiery temper. A former adventurer, Gruffyn got tired of dungeon crawling and decided to move on to a less demanding vocation. He is currently employed by Lord Thaddeus Leoncourt.

Profile: A legendary dwarven adventurer renowned not so much for his heroic battles (although he's had many) but rather his epic sexual escapades (which has produced many unusual offspring). Effortlessly charming with others, Durngrim's antics are a constant source of embarrassment for his son Durnkrag, prompting a bitter estrangement between them.

Profile: The father of Beatrice and Khaggoth, Lord Leoncourt is a snobbish dandy who revels in his wealth and power. Despite his blatantly bizarre behavior, his huge fortune has ensured that he is regarded as eccentric rather than simply mad. His foppish exterior belies a cunning, if somewhat unhinged, mind.

Profile: A spoiled, self-absorbed gold-digger, Lucia grew up along side Beatrice. Due to their diametrically opposing personalities the two have developed an intense dislike for one another that has only been heightened by Lucia's recent engagement to Beatrice's brother, Khaggoth. Though ruthless and vain, she is capable of acting sweet and innocent if it suits her purpose and prefers to manipulate others rather than get her own hands dirty.

Profile: A former associate of Ganelon, Mad Malagorn was betrayed by his former friend and left to rot in a dungeon for six long years. Though never the most stable of personages to begin with, this experience left him totally unhinged. With the help of Arudin he recently escaped his prison and is now roaming free.

Profile: Once a morbidly obese man who called himself the Archdruid, the Archdryad has been reincarnated into a svelte new form, following his/her death at the hands of the Dungeon Crawlers. Well-intentioned but misguided, the Archdryad adheres to her True Neutral alignment with fanatical fervor. She believes that the world is overrun with good and thus evil must prevail in order to restore the Balance. The Archdryad has a seething hatred of Arudin, due to his many jokes at her expense when she was a corpulent male.

Profile: The unholy spawn of a Balor and a common hare, (don't ask) Lepus was discovered at a young age by the enigmatic Archdryad (then known as the Archdruid), who used an Awaken spell to bring out the rabbit's nascent potential. Lepus is a formidable foe who's unbridled ferocity and demonic powers make him a force to be reckoned with. Lepus relishes the taste of human flesh and inevitably leaves a trail of carnage in his wake. He also has a strange obession with pants and steals them whenever possible.

Profile: A nefarious and cunning Halruaan mage who inadvertently stumbled upon the Shadow Weave one day and never looked back. Ganelon is the leader and founding member of the Shadow Pack; a disreputable band of evil adventurers united by their mutual greed and lack of social skills. Ganelon has a heated rivalry with Arudin and is constantly trying to prove his superiority over the elf.

Profile: A capricious and insufferably arrogant priestess of Lolth, Teagan fled her home in the Underdark after a failed attempt to overthrow the Matron Mother of her house (ironically enough, her biological mother). Bitter about her exile and condescending towards all surface dwellers, Teagan reluctantly works with the Shadow Pack because they're the only ones who will have her. Improbably, she has fallen in love with Castor, which has caused her to fall out of favor with her dark goddess.

Profile: As his name implies, Remus is a bloodthirsty Malarite whose only goal in life is to inflict as much pain and suffering as he possibly can. He believes that the strong must cull the weak from their midst and frequently puts these beliefs into action. His berserker frenzy ensures that few stand in his way and live to tell of it.

Profile: A master theif and assassin, Mac is a loner who comes and goes like the wind. Unlike his more unprincipled colleagues in the Shadow Pack, Mac strictly adheres to his own personal code of ethics. He and Beatrice are old lovers; a relationship which hasn't entirely died off.
